Returns Policy

Returns and exchanges are accepted on unworn merchandise within 30 days of receipt. Please complete the return/exchange portion of your invoice and include it with your package. Big & Bigger is not responsible for lost returns. We highly recommend returns are shipped using a secure, insured method.Returned merchandise will not be accepted if there is evidence that the garment has been worn, washed, or altered. All original tags must be attached. Big & Bigger does not offer price adjustments. Upon our receipt and inspection of returned merchandise, a refund will then be issued to the same credit card with which the original purchase was made. Please allow up to 14 days for your return to be processed and up to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your credit card statement. Shipping, handling, and customs charges are non-refundable.
