REFUND & RETURN POLICY
Returns and exchanges are accepted on unworn merchandise within 30 days of receipt. Please complete the return/exchange portion of your invoice and include it with your package. Big & Bigger is not responsible for lost returns. We highly recommend returns are shipped using a secure, insured method.
Returned merchandise will not be accepted if there is evidence that the garment has been worn, washed, or altered. All original tags must be attached. Big & Bigger does not offer price adjustments. Upon our receipt and inspection of returned merchandise, a refund will then be issued to the same credit card with which the original purchase was made. Please allow up to 14 days for your return to be processed and up to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your credit card statement. Shipping, handling, and customs charges are non-refundable.

- Once the return is requested, we will make sure that the product is picked up within 1-2 days.
- We do not refund Shipping Charges paid on the order returned
- Refunds will be made to the same form of payment originally used for the purchase within 7 days. Generally, we refund within 7 working days from the date the order is received in the warehouse and the Quality check is passed.
Please note that refund payment times are dictated by the bank and are outside our control. Please consult your bank for more information - For orders paid for with Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will be issued through bank transfers only.
Our Customer Care will reach out to you for your bank details, namely the bank account holder name, bank name, branch and IFSC code.
